Mission Committee
The Mission Committee engages church members in mission in Cedar City with opportunities to assist Angel Tree Ministries, the summer lunch program for low-income children and the Grow & Share Garden which supplies fresh produce to Iron County Care and Share. Host an International College Student
SUU is recruiting host families for international students. Approximately 50 students will be staying in Cedar City over the 2010-2011 Christmas Break. If you are interested in hosting a student (or several) for a meal or an extended stay (1-3 weeks) please complete the form under the "Host A Student" tab on the SUU website. http://suu.edu/prostu/is/community.html
Help Those With Emergency Needs
Iron County Care and Share provides emergency assistance in the form of shelter, food, and financial vouchers for families in need.
Make Toys for Children Around the World
The Happy Factory makes wooden toys for distribution all over the world. Volunteers are always needed to help make the toys.
Help Build a Home
Habitat for Humanity builds homes for low income individuals and families. Consider volunteering or donating usable building materials to Habitat for Humanity in Southwest Utah.

Become a CASA Volunteer
CASA volunteers are everyday citizens judges appoint to advocate for the safety and well-being of children who have been removed from their homes due to parental abuse and neglect. They stand up for these children and change their lives.
