John A. Guthrie, Pastor
Pastor John has served Community Presbyterian Church since August 2009. Previously he served a church in the mountains of Colorado after receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and being ordained by the Presbyterian Church (USA) in 2006.
Before ordination John worked as a software engineer and research physicist, and taught physics at the University of Central Oklahoma. John has degrees in physics from Austin College and the University of Texas at Dallas.
John has been married to Nancy for thirty years and together they have four grown children.
